Choose your consultation service and pick a convenient date and time in our experts diary. Our team is based in the UK, but the time zone displayed is your local one.

We’ll send an email confirmation with a link to join the consultation if you have selected the video call. This includes a link to re-book or cancel.

I have a customer service query and would prefer to speak to someone – can I book a 15 minute slot?

Absolutely, just explain your problem in the form provided and we will ensure you reach the right team member.

I would like to discuss CBD but I need more (or less) than 15 minutes – what should I do?

If you have a quick query, it’s best to book in for a 15-minute slot and it’s completely fine if we don’t use up the whole time. If you need more than 15 minutes, book in and we will aim to resolve this within the time frame. If that isn’t possible, we will discuss next steps in the call.

I work during the week – do you offer consultations in the evenings and weekend?

We offer consultations on one Saturday morning per month. We also offer evening consultations up until 7pm a few times per month, these are generally on a Wednesday and Thursday. However, check the booking calendar to view all the options.

I’ve been told I can’t take CBD but would still like a wellbeing consultation for general advice. Can I still book in?

Absolutely, our Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist can provide you with nutrition, wellbeing and lifestyle suggestions.

I’m on medication, can you advise whether I can take CBD?

Unfortunately, if you’re medication, you will need to contact your GP or healthcare provider before starting CBD. You may want to do this prior to the call.
