Anyone can join Provacan Loyalty Rewards - simply log in here to get started.
Order your Provacan CBD health and wellbeing products as a new subscription or a one-time purchase and you’ll be enrolled automatically as a Bronze member.
How do I leave the program?
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Reach out to us at care@provacan.co.uk, and we'll re-enroll you again. Do keep in mind that your points balance will restart from zero.
What’s a loyalty tier and how do I join one?
As you order or subscribe to Provacan CBD products, you will be placed in one of our loyalty tiers:
Bronze - on your first order, you’ll join as a new member, and you’ll start here.
Silver - spend £100 in total over the last 12 months to move into this tier.
Gold - spend £200 in total over the last 12 months to move into this tier.
VIP - subscribe to any product to move into this tier.
As soon as you qualify for a tier, we’ll move you up automatically and notify you. There's nothing else for you to do - just enjoy your new exclusive rewards.

Can my loyalty tier expire?
Your Provacan loyalty tier expires 12 months after you have been moved into it. Don’t worry, we send you reminders before your tier expires.
I’m a VIP member but I would like to stop my Provacan product subscription. What should I do?
If you are in the VIP tier and you cancel your Provacan product subscription, you will be moved out of the tier. Instead, you will be placed in one of our loyalty tiers your best qualify for - check here for the full list.
How do I earn points?
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
How do I view my point balance?
Simply log in here to view your points balance.
What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’, ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?
Each status reflects the verification stage of your loyalty points:
Approved - these points are ready to be redeemed on rewards right now!
Pending - these points are waiting for verification before they get added to your account and you can use them. This only applies to points earned after purchases and referrals, which will be approved and ready for use 30 days later, aligning with our returns policy to ensure a smooth rewards experience and protect all customers' points balances.
Cancelled - these points won’t be added to your account. For example, this can happen if you cancel an order - the points will change from pending to cancelled.
How do I redeem points?
Simply log in here to view your points, your current tier and the full list of rewards we offer. If you have enough points, all you have to do is to click on ‘Get reward’ underneath the reward you’d like to exchange your points for.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Can my points expire?
Your Provacan loyalty points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
For example, you have earned 500 points on 1st January 2025 and have a total points balance of 1000 points (from previous orders or completed actions). If you haven’t used your points and haven’t placed any order after 12 months, your points balance will expire in full on 1st January 2026.
Don’t worry, we send you reminders before they expire. You can also check anytime by simply logging in here, and clicking on ‘My points balance’ to view your points history and expiry dates.
I’ve redeemed my points for a reward. Does it expire?
Once you’ve redeemed your loyalty points for a discount voucher, you don’t have to use it right away - it’s valid for 6 months from redemption date.
If you’d like to check whether you’ve got some unused vouchers, simply log in here, and click on ‘My claimed rewards’ to view your rewards history.
If you’re exchanging your points for a free product but don’t order within a 2 hours timeframe, your freebie will automatically be removed from your cart and the points will be returned to your loyalty points balance.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
I made a purchase and/or completed other ways to earn points but I can’t see them. What happened?
My points are gone from my account balance. What happened?
There are a few reasons why your account balance might have gone down:
If you or someone you referred has cancelled or returned a purchase, your loyalty points will be removed from your account.
If you’ve redeemed your loyalty points for a discount voucher, your points will have been exchanged against the offer - check here for the full list of rewards we offer and the number of points to exchange.
If you’re exchanging your points for a free product, your points will have been exchanged against the free product. But if you don’t order within a 2 hours timeframe, your freebie will automatically be removed from your cart and the points will be returned to your loyalty points balance.
If you’ve contacted us before to ask to leave the program, you will have lost any points you had accrued.
My reward voucher doesn't work. What should I do?
It may have expired - your voucher is valid for 6 months from redemption date. If you’d like to check, simply log in here, and click on ‘My claimed rewards’ to view your rewards history and expiry dates.
It may also not be applicable to the current products in your cart, or you’re trying to apply multiple discount codes at checkout - you can only use one reward voucher at a time, unless specified otherwise in our comms. Check the Terms & Conditions on the email you received with the voucher code.
