Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from the UK, on working days (Monday to Friday). Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UK and country of parcel destination.
Orders placed by 12pm GMT on a working day are shipped on the same working day, subject to items being in stock. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or last working day of the week will be processed on the next working day.
All orders are sent with tracking.

Unforeseen delays with postal services, couriers and customs may occur. European customers are required to allow for 20 working days for delivery. International customers outside of Europe are required to allow for 25 working days for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived after this period of time, please reach out to our support team at care@provacan.co.uk.
All orders being shipped outside of the UK will not have UK VAT applied to the order value and will be subject to your local VAT.
We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country than the United Kingdom.
