Your satisfaction is our priority and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below to understand the options available for returns, refunds and exchanges.
Customer returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item(s) meet the following criteria:
- Unopened and in perfect condition
- In the original, sealed packaging
- Suitable for resale
If your returned item doesn’t meet these criteria, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
Please include a note inside the package with the following details:
- Full name
- Order number (begins with WPSU)
- Billing address
Without this information, refunds may be delayed or your package could be lost, in which case we won’t be able to refund you.
Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and should use secure packaging. Provacan is not liable for returns lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining Proof of Postage.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we aim to process refunds within 7 working days, provided all return criteria are met. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds cover the product purchase price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If 7 working days have passed since we received your return and your refund hasn’t been processed, please contact us for assistance at care@provacan.co.uk.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we may be able to accommodate this. Please contact our Customer Service Team at care@provacan.co.uk for support.
Faulty or damaged items
We replace items if they are faulty or damaged. To initiate this, please:
- Contact us within 5 working days of receiving the item
- Email us a clear explanation along with photographic or video evidence
- Retain the original packaging
We’ll provide a return label and items must be returned in their original packaging.
Missing packages
All orders include tracking, which customers are responsible for monitoring. Expected delivery times are:
- UK Mainland & Isles:
- 1-2 working days for express
- 2-3 working days for standard shipping
- However, please allow up to 5 working days.
- Europe, US & Canada:
- 5-7 working days
- However, delivery times vary by destination and can take longer in rural areas, please allow up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) due to possible delays at customs.
- Rest of the world:
- 7-10 working days
- However, delivery times vary by destination and can take longer in rural areas, please allow up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) due to possible delays at customs.
