I would like a 50 minutes Deep Dive Consultation but have a lot of different wellbeing goals. Do I have to pick one?

Due to time constraints, we can only focus on one goal at a time. Pick the one that’s most pressing at this time and you are welcome to book another appointment at a later date to focus on another aspect of wellbeing.

I’ve booked a 50 minutes Deep Dive Consultation but I want to change my goal – can I do this?

Yes you can but we ask that you give us at least 48 hour’s notice. This will give us time to ensure all your paperwork is updated and ready for day.

When will I receive my action plan?

For 50 minutes Deep Dive and 20 minutes Follow-up consultations, your action plan will be in your inbox 48 hours after your call, from Tuesday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

I’m on medication, can you advise whether I can take CBD?

Unfortunately, if you’re medication, you will need to contact your GP or healthcare provider before starting CBD. You may want to do this prior to the call.

Can you offer medical advice?

No, we can only provide CBD, nutrition and lifestyle support, we cannot diagnose or treat any condition. You should contact your GP for medical support.
