Quite a hassle to prepare and not that effective

"I bought the isolate out of the wish to have pure CBD that was 100% THC free. I’d had a good general experience with the oil but some unpleasant side effects attributable to THC. Only after having the isolate delivered and wondering how to measure mg did I realize I would have to prepare my own tincture. I managed to do that with instructions found elsewhere, and have since been using the tincture, which has been somewhat effective, though not as much as the oil, and has caused headaches."

"I have to admit I was sceptical but this powder packs a huge punch and is actually a lot easier to use than the oil. I literally take a small dab on my fingertip and put it under my tongue and it helps to calm me down and bring my heart rate variation down. I am still waiting for the stronger and larger version but this has worked well for me so I may well switch over to this one."
