1. How do I earn Points?
You have two options to start earning rewards from Provacan: create a customer account or place an order. If you decide to place an order without creating an account, you will still accumulate points, and you can redeem them once you create an account. The points you receive will be based on the amount you spend (in pounds), after any discounts have been applied. The points system is detailed above.
2. How do I redeem points?
To access your rewards on our website, click on the My Rewards menu bubble widget located at the bottom left of this page to open the REWARDS pop-up. Then, select the 'Redeem and use the Redeem button to claim your rewards. Additionally, you can redeem your rewards in the My Account section when you are logged into our website and then in the Points and Rewards tab.
3. I have made a purchase, where are my points?
Every purchase accumulates points, but an account is required for redemption. If you bought something as a guest, simply create an account using the same email associated with the purchase, and the points will appear in your account.
4. What are the rewards?
Redeem your points for coupons. See above for examples of rewards.
5. Do rewards points expire?
Points expire after one year.
6. Do reward coupons expire?
Points expire after one year.
7. What is the minimum points I can redeem?
You can redeem a minimum of 50 points, equivalent to £1.
8. What is the maximum points I can redeem at one time?
You can redeem up to 1500 points (£30) per redemption. You may redeem as many times as you have enough points.
9. Can I use more that one coupon per purchase?
You may apply multiple reward coupons to a single purchase.
10. Terms
Reward coupons cannot be used with other campaign coupons, subscriptions, blood tests, vitamins, starter kits, gift cards, clearance, 3 FOR 2 multi-packs, Vapepod devices, and Vapepod DAY/NIGHT cartridges.
Reward coupons can be used with your other reward coupons.
