How To Use Your Loyalty Points
Loyalty points can be redeemed for cash rewards at checkout. Simply log in and head to the checkout page, choose your eligible discount from the Loyalty Rewards drop-down menu and click 'Apply'.
There are minimum spend requirements for the different cash discounts available as follows:
£5 Off - £15 minimum spend
£10 Off - £30 minimum spend
£15 off - £45 minimum spend
£20 off - £60 minimum spnd
£25 off - £75 minimum spnd
£30 off - £90 minimum spend
£35 off - £105 minimum spend
£40 off - £120 minimum spend
£45 off - £135 minimum spend
£50 off - £150 minimum spend
Terms and Conditions
LOYALTY PROGRAM:
Loyalty points are rewarded on the cash value of all purchases at a rate of 1 point per £1 spent.
Additional points can be earned by completing the various actions identified in the 'Ways to Earn' section of this page.
Loyalty points need to be converted to rewards prior to purchase.
You can convert loyalty points two ways:
Firstly by clicking on the relevant value in the 'How to Use Your Points' section of this page - and copying the discount code before adding this to your checkout to apply the discount.
Secondly you can automatically convert points and apply a reward to your checkout by using the drop-down rewards box - and clicking apply.
One loyalty reward can be used per purchase.
Loyalty rewards can not be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Loyalty points earned are valid for a period of two years from the date they are earned, after which they will expire.
When converting loyalty points to rewards, rewards must be used within two months, after which they will expire.
Rewards can be redeemed for both regular and subscription purchases.
REFERAL PROGRAM:
Referral awards are earned on the following basis:
You recommend friends and family by sharing your unique referral link through the 'Refer a Friend' section of this page.
Each person you recommend must spend a minimum of £45 in order for you to quality for your referral bonus.
Each customer you refer is entitled to £10 off their first purchase over £45 in value.
You then receive a discount code to the value of £10 for each successful referral order completed.
Your discount code can be used against any purchase via provacan.co.uk. Apply code at checkout.
